What a tech pack contains
Flat sketches from front and back, measurements and size grading, fabric and trim details, colourways, artwork placement for prints or embroidery, stitching and construction notes, and labelling and packaging instructions.
Why manufacturers ask for one
It gives everyone one reference. Quotes are more accurate, sampling rounds are fewer and bulk production matches what you approved.
