CLO and Browzwear tech packs: what to export

3D tools can contribute real technical data, not only attractive garment renders. CLO SET and Browzwear document tech pack functions. What reaches the factory depends on the source file, settings and information you entered.

Next step

Turn your tech pack into a sample

Finished your tech pack, or only have an AI draft? Send it to Innovtex and we take it from file to physical sample, then to bulk production in China, Spain, Vietnam or Honduras.

  1. 1

    Drop your tech pack

Upload the PDF, Illustrator file or images exported from your tech pack software, an AI tech pack draft or a sketch (JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, PSD or ZIP).

  2. 2

    We review the specs

Our team checks measurements, materials and construction, flags anything missing and comes back with next steps and a quote.

  3. 3

    Your sample is made

Patterns are made and your first physical sample is sewn, so you can approve fit, fabric and finish before bulk.

  4. 4

    Bulk production

After approval: 50 to 100 units per style, 25 to 30 calendar days, then 10 to 15 calendar days DDP delivery to your door, customs cleared.

CLO SET Web Tech Packs

CLO SET documents Web Tech Pack generation from supported 3D garment files, with features for BOM, points of measure and costing. Review the current support documentation for file types and how fields are populated.

Its documentation also distinguishes supported construction information between interfaces. Do not assume every detail visible in a 3D project automatically appears in the version your supplier receives.

Browzwear tech pack exports

Browzwear documents tech pack creation and Excel, HTML and JSON output workflows. Its help material covers artwork, materials, pattern information and annotations. Check the selected properties rather than assuming all project data is exported.

For Excel output, Browzwear documents an accompanying resource folder for original artwork assets. Keep the package together and test it on a second computer before sending it.

A practical export checklist

Simulation is not physical sample approval

A 3D garment depends on patterns, avatar dimensions, material properties and settings. Differences between those inputs and the real fabric can change the fit or appearance of the sewn sample.

Ask the factory to review pattern compatibility, fabric behavior and construction. Approve the physical sample before bulk production; a rendered image alone is not an approval of sewn fit.

Send the simplest complete package

Agree with the manufacturer which files they can use. Provide a readable reference pack even when you also share editable 3D files or pattern files. Include the approved revision and a list of unresolved questions.

Innovtex can start from a render or existing pack. Share the design, quantity, material preferences and delivery country so the team can review the next development steps.
