Who we work with / Scaling brands

How do I scale clothing production when my brand expands?

Match production to the expansion: market compliance and landed cost for new countries, replenishment for stores, faster drops for DTC and one partner for new categories. Innovtex covers 18+ categories, including bags, with a dedicated developer per category.

Is this you?

  • We're starting to sell in a new country.
  • We're opening stores or wholesale accounts and need replenishment.
  • We're launching our own website and want faster drops.
  • We want to add a new product category without finding another factory.

Your biggest production problems, and how we solve them

Different rules in each new market

We plan labels, care instructions and delivery terms for each destination with you before production.

Capacity for store replenishment

We plan production runs around your replenishment schedule across China, Spain, Vietnam and Honduras.

New categories mean new factories

One partner across 18+ categories, including bags, with a dedicated developer per category.

Selling in a new country

Each market has its own product safety, labelling and care label language requirements, for example EU GPSR, UK labelling and US requirements. Confirm the requirements for your product and destination before the pre production sample, so labels and documents are produced correctly.

Choose FOB if you have your own forwarder and want to control freight; choose DDP if you want goods delivered to your door with duties paid. Compare offers on landed cost: unit price plus freight, duties, taxes and clearance.

Opening physical stores

Stores need replenishment, not one off drops. Share your sell through and reorder points so production can be planned ahead. Keep sizing consistent across runs by producing against the same approved pattern and measurement chart.

Launching a new website or DTC channel

DTC suits smaller, faster drops. Plan styles around your minimums and the 25 to 30 day production window. Custom packaging, hangtags and labels can be produced with the order so the unboxing matches your brand.

Adding a new product category

Instead of onboarding a new factory for each category, keep categories with one manufacturer. Innovtex produces 18+ categories, including bags, and assigns a dedicated product developer to each category.

How it works for you

  1. 1Tell us where you're expanding: country, channel or category.
  2. 2We review requirements, quantities and timing for that expansion.
  3. 3Samples and pre production samples are approved per market or category.
  4. 4We produce in 25 to 30 days.
  5. 5Goods ship FOB or DDP; DDP arrives in about 10 days, customs cleared.

What to prepare before contacting a factory

Share the destination countries, channels, expected quantities per style and colour, and any new categories. The factory guides show what each RFQ needs.

Yes, alongside the order.
