The order of steps
Concept: your idea, sketch or AI render and who it is for. Tech pack: measurements, materials, construction and artwork. Sample: the first physical piece, corrected until fit and finish are right. Pre production sample: made in the bulk fabric and trims, and approved as the reference. Bulk: your production run, inspected and delivered.
Budgeting realistically
Plan for two separate costs. Development and samples come first and are paid separately; they are not deducted from the bulk order. Bulk is priced per unit once the final sample locks the specification. Minimums start at 50 to 100 units per style depending on category and fabric, so a single style launch keeps your first order small.
